Did you know that Facebook have a really great help area? As my heading says we can actually get a lot of the info we need straight from the horses mouth. Not only that but it is fairly easy to understand and navigate and when you are researching Facebook rules you know you are getting the most relevant and up to date info. Often we might think we are getting some great information from someone when in actual fact that info was relevant a little while ago and is no longer valid.
So if you go to www.facebook.com/help there is a world of information available. Sometimes it is easier to find a post or an article that someone else has created from Facebook because they break it down with images but for a lot of the info it is just as easy to get it there.
For instance I was having trouble working out why I couldn’t get a review app to show up on a clients facebook page today and after watching a couple of YouTube videos and doing a search I still couldn’t find a solution. Once I went to facebook help I was able to find my answer straight away. It was a really easy thing to fix and facebook made it really easy for me to understand how to fix the issue I was having. Win-Win I say 🙂
